Season's highlights

Best memorable session:
My first TTR 6 stars comp was the O’Neill evolution, the mood was so mellow and the girls all nice and showing great skills. Later on mid winter, I had a perfect day of powder with some friends and we stayed in the mountain until sunset, the view and landscape were paradisiacal.

Best trip up until now:
Taking part of the TTR tour because it gave me the opportunity to see new places and meet new people and the trip in the Alpes with Rip curl, It was actually my first time riding with a whole girl team and it was really cool.

Backround in snowboarding:
When I was 10, I received my first snowboard for Christmas, so that I could do like my older brother.3 years later in 2005, I went to Chamrousse and joined the snowboard club with some friends in order to start competing and to get more riding day and improve at the same time. I progressed in half-pipe, slope style and Boardercross. I ended up getting some good results in Boardercross since the beginning. Although Boardercross is fun it’s nothing compared to freestyle so I decided to stop competing in SBX last year to ride more and do a bit of everything in the park, half-pipe and slope style. I started to travel a bit, joining some event on the Ticket To Ride, I really enjoyed it. I qualified to the European final of the Volcom peanut butter rail jam in Laax, that was cool too. Unfortunately during the last session of the year, I injured my knee and had to undergo a surgery of my ACL. Now it’s all over and my knee is brand new, as soon as the snow is back I will be strapping my board again. For the first year I will have real support from sponsors, Rossignol, Rip curl, Vans, Laglisse and Chamrousse will help me to move forward.

Accomplishments:

Contests:
Half-pipe: 6 on European cup
                   6* TTR BEO 21st place
                   5* TTR O’neill evolution 17th place
Slope style: Vice champion at the French championship
5th place on the European final Volcom PBRJ
33rd place on the 6* TTR Roxy Chicken Jam

Video part: soon in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang by Rip Curl

Goals in snowboarding:
My main goals for the upcoming season are to be involved in the "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" movie project by Rip Curl and to get more experience while shooting in the backcountry.
As far as competition go, I've planned to attend to major European events from the TTR like the Burton European Open, Roxy Chicken Jam, O'neill evolution… as well as some European Cup competitions in half-pipe and slope style, and to do national event like Rock On Snowboard Tour, Queen of Val park, Intercrew, and Kumi Yama. I would also like to travel more and more to discover new resorts, meet many people, and to do more backcountry riding! Of course, I would also like to improve my snowboarding skills to get as much fun as possible!
