CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?
No. At the moment we are unfortunately able to accept orders by phone.
DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO BUY?
No, including an item in the shopping cart does not reserve it or guarantee its availability. Some much-in-demand items may go out of stock before you confirm your purchase despite being available when you added them to your shopping cart.

CAN I USE A SHIPPING ADDRESS, DIFFERENT THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes you can, but both of them must belong to the same country you are placing the order from.
CAN I SHIP TO A DIFFERENT COUNTRY, THAN THE ONE I'M BUYNG FROM?
No, it's not possible to ship an order to a different country from the one you are purchasing from.
HOW CAN I FOLLOW THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive some update notifications. If you placed the order as registered customer, you will be able to follow the progress also inside your Account.
I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You will receive email notifications every step of the way. You'll get an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We always try to ship your order in the shortest time and our procedures do not allow us to cancel or modify an order. In any case you can try to contact our Customer Service. They will do the best to cancel it.
WHEN WILL THE ORDER AMOUNT BE CHARGED?
If you paid with credit or debit card, the amount will be charged at the moment of the shipment. If you paid with another payment method the amount will be charged ad the order confirmation.
WHICH ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS?
You can check all active payment methods by checking the "accepted payments" section at the bottom of the site. If you don't see some of them at checkout, it means they are not applicable to your order.
HOW CAN I RECEIVE THE INVOICE OF MY ORDER?
You can find the invoice of your order inside your Account. If it's not possible or you placed the order as a guest user, please contact our Customer Service.
