SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Orders placed before 11:00 AM MDT are typically shipped the same day from our warehouse in the USA.

Please note that our delivery times are considered in working days and exclude packing and assembly time (1-2 days).

 

Delivery times may be longer due to any delays caused by events not under our control such as: strikes induced by couriers or adverse weather conditions. Please note this may take longer during our sale periods or high peak seasons.

 

Our warehouse only ships orders on business days (national American holidays are excluded).

At the moment we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarder addresses. 

 

ACCESSORIES, APPAREL AND FOOTWEAR

  • Standard 3-5 days: $8, FREE for registered customers

  • 2-Day 2 days: $25

  • Overnight 1 day: $35

 

BIKES, SKIS, SNOWBOARDS, BINDINGS & OTHER EQUIPMENT

  • Standard  3-5 days: $35, FREE for registered customers

 

Please note: We are unable to ship Bike orders to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

All bike shipments require a signature for the release of the package. If the package is damaged during shipment, please refuse delivery. The carrier will return the bike to the Rossignol warehouse facilities. If you refuse the delivery, please contact our Customer Service.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

Alpine ski/binding/boot systems require the services of trained professional ski equipment technicians, equipped with proper tools, to assemble, adjust and test your system to ensure that it functions properly, in compliance with international standards.
Your system should be tested periodically, and any time any component is replaced or adjusted/modified.

 

DO NOT USE YOUR ski/binding/boot system until it has been properly assembled, adjusted and tested, by a properly trained and equipped professional ski equipment technician.
