SHIPPING

Applicable on orders* placed Monday through Friday, by 12pm MDT. We don't ship on weekends.

  • FREE FedEx Ground delivery in 3 – 5 business days.
  • FedEx 2-Day Delivery:  $22, delivery in 2 business days.
  • FedEx Overnight Delivery:  $36, overnight delivery. 
  • Find a Store: FREE - Ships to your selected retailer for you to pick up in store (Expedited shipping options are not available for this form of shipment)

    FREE RETURNS:

    Returns within 30 working days are free of charge**. You have up to 30 days after delivery of your order to make a return request.

    Follow these steps to return a product(s):
    1. Login to your customer account and go to “my orders”, view the order you want to return and select the button > Return
    2. Follow the steps selecting the item(s) you would like to return. Once you have finalized your return request, you will be allocated a returns number (RMA) that is also confirmed via email. You can view all of your returns and status in your customer account.
    3. Once our customer service team have reviewed your return request and validated your return, you will receive a prepaid returns label via email. The order must be returned within 30 days receiving your order. You do not have to pay anything.
    4. Once we have received your return, we will refund you the total amount of the item(s) returned. You will be refunded back to the same payment method when ordered.

    BIKE SHIPPING AND RETURNS

    Bike Shipping
    Please note that all bike shipments require a signature for release of the package. The signature required delivery method is mandatory. Additionally, should you notice any damage to the bike upon receipt, please refuse delivery. The carrier will return the bike to the Rossignol warehouse facilities. Should you refuse shipment, please contact our Customer Service. Please note that our response time for email requests are currently 5 – 7 business days.

    Bike Returns
    All bike purchases are eligible for a return within 30 working days. You have up to 30 days after delivery of your order to make a return request. Bikes must be new and in unused conditions and shipped back in the original packaging.

    E-bikes must be shipped back with the battery received. Do not ship batteries separately.

    Follow these steps to return a product(s):
    • Login to your customer account and go to “my orders”, view the order you want to return and select the button > Return
    • If you are having any difficulty with your account, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service. Please note that our response time for email requests are currently 5 – 7 business days.
    • Follow the steps selecting the item(s) you would like to return. Once you have finalized your return request, you will be allocated a returns number (RMA) that is also confirmed via email. This email will note the address that the product can be returned to. You can view all of your returns and status in your customer account.
    • Please note that a bike return is at your cost and that e-bikes and batteries must be shipped together. Should the bike be damaged in transit, there may be a possible deduction in refund due to damaged product. Bike returns are encouraged to be insured and/or have the value of the bike declared in case of damage during transit or loss of package by carrier.
    • Once your return has been received and processed by our warehouse team, your original form of payment will be refunded. Please allow 3 – 5 business days after the return of your item for your refund to be processed.

    Orders placed before noon (Mountain Time) Monday-Friday are typically shipped the same day. We do not ship on weekends.

    Please note that apparel, winter sports equipment and bikes are subject to different shipping rates, fees and return policies.

     

    Apparel

    Applicable for orders containing apparel, footwear, and accessories.

     

    •  FedEx Ground Delivery: FREE, delivery in 3 – 5 business days.

    •  FedEx 2-Day Delivery:  $22, delivery in 2 business days.

    •  FedEx Overnight Delivery:  $36, overnight delivery.

    •  Ship to an authorized retailer for pick uo in-store: FREE (express shipping not available).

    Winter Sports Equipment

    Applicable for orders containing skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, and other winter sports equipment.

     

    •  FedEx Ground: $35, delivery in 3 – 5 business days.

    •  Ship to an authorized retailer for pick uo in-store: FREE.

     

    Express shipping is not available for orders containing winter sports equipment products.

     

    Alpine ski/binding/boot systems require the services of trained professional ski equipment technicians, equipped with proper tools, to assemble, adjust and test your system to ensure that it functions properly, in compliance with international standards.

    Your system should be tested periodically, and any time any component is replaced or adjusted/modified.

     

    DO NOT USE YOUR ski/binding/boot system until it has been properly assembled, adjusted and tested, by a properly trained and equipped professional ski equipment technician.

    Bike and E-Bikes

    Applicable for orders containing bikes and e-bikes.

     

    •  UPS: FREE, delivery in 3 - 5 business days.

    •  UPS: $20, delivery in 3 - 5 business days. Valid for Mandate UNO Balance Bike.

     

    All bike shipments require a signature for the release of the package. If the package is damaged during shipment, please refuse delivery. The carrier will return the bike to the Rossignol warehouse facilities. If you refuse the delivery, please contact our Customer Service.

     

     

    RETURNS

    Return policy and instructions vary by product type.

    Items should be in their original packaging and returned new, unused, with all labels and garment tags still attached.

     

    Apparel

    Apparel returns are free of charge.

    Apparel must be new and in unused condition and shipped back in the original packaging.

     

    Winter Sports Equipment

    Winter sports equipment returns are at the customer's expense unless the product was shipped for in-store pickup.

    Winter sports equipment must be new and in unused condition and shipped back in the original packaging.

    We encourage you to insure the shipment and/or have the value of the products declared in the event that the package is lost or damaged during transit. If products are damaged in transit, there may be a possible deduction in the refund. 

     

    Bikes and E-Bikes

    RETURN PROCEDURE

    A return request must be made within 30 days after the order is delivered.

     

    1)  If you have an account: login and go to “my orders”, check the order you want to return and select the button > Return. If you checked out as a guest click here to start your return request.

    2)  Select the item(s) you would like to return. Once you have finalized your return request, you will be allocated a returns number (RMA) that is confirmed via email. You can view your return and order status in your customer account.

    3)  Once our Customer Service has reviewed your return request and validated your return, you will receive instructions and/or a prepaid returns label via email for applicable orders.

    4)  For apparel returns,  drop off  your package at an authorized FedEx location. For winter sports equipment, bikes and e-bikes we will not provide a prepaid return label. The shipping will be at your cost and you can ship the package with your preferred mail carrier. You will receive an email with the warehouse address.

    5)  Once we have received your return, we will refund you the total amount of the item(s) returned.

     

    Rossignol reserves the right to change the Shipping and Returns Policy at any time.
