Avoid the stress of last-minute buying; wrap up your holiday shopping early this year. With shipping delays expected across the US and Canada, we recommend customers place holiday orders as early as possible.

*Shipping cutoff dates are intended to be a guideline and do not guarantee delivery; the company is not responsible for unforeseen delays.
Applicable on all orders place Monday through Friday, by 12pm MDT. We don't ship on weekends.
All returns within 30 working days are free of charge. You have up to 30 days after delivery of your order to make a return request.
Follow these steps to return a product(s):
1. Login to your customer account and go to “my orders”, view the order you want to return and select the button > Return
2. Follow the steps selecting the item(s) you would like to return. Once you have finalized your return request, you will be allocated a returns number (RMA) that is also confirmed via email. You can view all of your returns and status in your customer account.
3. Once our customer service team have reviewed your return request and validated your return, you will receive a prepaid returns label via email. The order must be returned within 30 days receiving your order. You do not have to pay anything.
4. Once we have received your return, we will refund you the total amount of the item(s) returned. You will be refunded back to the same payment method when ordered.
