We talked with Rossignol athlete Marion HAERTY about her new board, the” After Hours”, her past season, and she’s doing this upcoming season.

What board did you ride last year?
Last season I rode the Justice for freeride, and the Diva in the park.
Do you always use the same board in competition?
I try to use same board every time in competitions and training.
What did you like about this board?
I liked that it was a little wider than the others in the Rossignol range, more playful in the snow, but something was missing to make it perfect.
What did you want to improve?
I wanted to change its flex and work on its rigidity to stay the course with any type of snow underfoot. I also want a directional board taht is playful in the powder.

You just developed the "After Hours" board in collaboration with Rossignol, how did you get the idea?
The idea came to us with the Rossignol development team and the opportunity finally come to fruition. A real childhood dream to develop my own board.
Why did you call it the "After Hours"?
This board is intended for riders who want to take freeride to the next level. After several hours on-trail you can progress to any trail.

What are its characteristics / technologies of the board?
AmpTek Elite (60% camber).
A freestyle base and sustainably sourced FSC certified core
A slightly stiffer flex under the front foot to keep control on big mountain terrain
LITE Grip (PU inserts in the core to increase edge pressure)
RadCut – for maneuverability at low speeds and enhanced stability at higher speeds.
What do you expect from the coming season?
I'm ready for more adventures close to my home, I want to take advantage of this unusual time to soak up the mountains in France. I've been on the FWT for 5 years now and I have yet to ride the terrain near my house ...
