1. Metti un foglio di carta sul pavimento contro un muro.

3. Stai sul foglio con la schiena piatta contro un muro (piede perpendicolare al muro) con i talloni incollati al muro.

2. Indossate i calzini che normalmente indossereste con le vostre scarpe.

4. Traccia un segno davanti al tuo alluce (la parte più avanzata del tuo piede).

5. Misura la lunghezza tra il bordo del foglio e il segno tracciato. Si consiglia di farlo per entrambi i piedi, sinistro e destro, e di tenere in considerazione la lunghezza maggiore.
