Shimano Steps

Take on steep climbs and tough trails with full confidence and increased maximum torque. Shimano’s newest STEPS MTB EP800 and E7000 motors deliver smooth and direct power to take you anywhere. Compact and lightweight, both motors are quiet and durable enough to hold up to any type of weather.

High battery capacity

Shimano BT8036 or BT8035-L batteries are fully integrated into the bike frame. Offering 503Wh or 630Wh capacity enables you to ride enough distance for all-day adventures. Take a break and quickly recharge up to 50% capacity in only 2.5hrs. Battery can be easily removed from the frame with a 4mm Allen key.

Shimano Smart Connect E-TUBE

Discover the free E-TUBE apps, with the E-TUBE PROJECT and E-TUBE RIDE. Connect your computer or your smartphone with the E-TUBE PROJECT to customize settings off your bike (custom modes, update firmware etc.). And use the E-TUBE RIDE app to visualize your ride with a route map to your destination and real-time ride data display that can be recorded on your smartphone. ​

6061 Aluminum Frame

Our frames are made with 6061 Aluminum alloy offering the ideal balance between weight, stiffness, and performance. We chose aluminum because it's fun and playful on any terrain and for many different riding styles while remaining reliable and durable. It’s also easier to recycle and has less CO² impact than alternative material options. ​

Accessory mounting point

Use the additional accessory mounting point under the top tube to carry an extra tube, tools, or pump and keep the down-tube mount for your water bottle.
