HELPFUL INFORMATION ON GIFT CARDS

1. PURCHASE & USAGE OF GIFT CARD
  • The gift card can only be purchased and used in the same country, at rossignol.com
  • The gift card is valid for 1 year
  • The gift card must be applied in checkout, before the payment method is selected
  • If the order amount is less than the value of the gift card, you can use the balance of the gift card to purchase other items; if it is more, you must pay the difference with a credit card
  • If you want to give a gift card, you will only need to add the recipient's email. The recipient will then receive a unique code, which can be used on our website
 
  • It is not possible to make a return of a purchased gift card
  • Items purchased via gift card can be returned. We cannot however, issue a refund, so a new gift card code will be created and sent to the email used at checkout
  • If the order exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference will be refunded via the payment method chosen at the time of purchase
