All our models are delivered with tubes. Some models are delivered with tubeless ready tires and kit. You just need to install the valve and add some liquid.
Usually in all the pedal bikes you can find the serial number in the downside of the bottom bracket. In the e-bikes the serail number is in between the bottom braket and the rear tyre. If you have any problems to find it, contact us at Rossingol.com and we will help you to fnd it!

Unfortunatley we don’t sell touch-up paint. If you’re looking to beautify a small scratch or scuff in your bike’s paint, we recommend visiting a local hobby shop as they usually have a wide variety of colors available.
Because the process or completely repainting of a frame or fork can have potential reactions with the materials, this will void your warranty.
The decals on your bike are actually a water-transfer type of decal that is placed underneath your frame’s clear coat during the manufacturing process. As such, we do not sell replacement frame decals.
By law you benefit of 24 months warranty in all Rossignol frames, but we grant an additon of three years for a total of five years. You can check all warranty conditions here.
The legally regulated guarantee of two years applies to parts and suspension. Wear parts as bearings, brake pads, tyres are excluded from this regulation. Please refer to each part maufacturer to check their conditions.

Travel conditions change depending on each airline, though Batteries larger than 100-160Wh will most likely not be allowed on a plane. You can always travel with your bike and rent the battery in your destination.
According to EU regulations, e-bikes are set for a maximum speed of 25 km/h. In US e-bikes are set to 20mp/h.
