SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Given the challenging situation and operational restriction, orders and returns from Russia cannot be processed.

Orders placed before 11:00 am CET are typically shipped the same day from our warehouse in France.

Please note that our delivery times are considered in working days and exclude packing and assembly time (1-2 days).

Delivery times may be longer if your order includes custom products (ski with mounted bindings) or due to any delays caused by customs, events not under our control, sale periods or high peak seasons.

Our warehouse only ship orders on business days (national French holidays are excluded).

At the moment we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarder addresses.
