Amazing SkiI got these from a Level 1 film tour raffel. Rossignol was kind enough to swap them out for a ski in my size. Shout out to the Rossi Reps.
I've been riding on the Black ops 118s with Marker squire bindings. So far I am in love with these skis. So much so that I haven't even ridden on my 2022 Bentchelters this year. The best features of this ski are the fact it can ride on anything. I ride a lot of backcountry and park. Finding a ski that is flexible yet still stiff enough that it doesn't chatter is not very easy.
I have been really putting these skis to the test and the performance is unbelievable. With that being said a ski that has unbelievable performance and a sweet top sheet deserves 5 stars.
Thanks again for the opportunity to ski on the Black Ops Rossignol.

Not just a powder skiI’ve never had a ski that could plow through chop and crud this well. It rips soft to moderate groomers too.

Ultimate Playful Charger Chop DestroyerI bought the all black 1st year pair and took a risk (with no reviews or way to demo). Fell in love immediately (mounted 5cm back from true center), and bought a 2nd "backup" pair the next summer because I was worried they'd stop making them.
Finally am on that 2nd pair, and still love them to death.
Heavy as sh*t, but for anyone who wants to charge in soft snow, it's perfect. They destroy chop like no other ski (especially one this fun). They have no speed limit in chop (5'10 155lbs), let you land ridiculous stuff you shouldn't, carve any decently-soft groomer way too well for their size. So much fun!
Perfect ski for me. I take them out if there's any new/soft/spring snow, and have a big quiver. They are more than a dedicated pow ski.
For me, the best resort pow ski you can buy.
If you want a longer radius, heavy, but more modern mount point ski, and like to charge and play... look no further.
Highly recommend mounting 5 back from true center (unless you're spinning and truly skiing switch in pow).
