DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
HOLIDAY SHIPPING & RETURNS
Recommended cutoff date for delivery by December 24.
All orders placed between November 15 And December 31 can be returned until January 31.
DELIVERY TO SWEDEN:
- Standard - 4-6 working days: FREE for all orders
- Bike Standard delivery - 5-7 working days: FREE
- Express - not available
Shipping times exclude packing and assembly times (1-3 working days).
Follow these steps to return a product(s):
- You can request a return up to 30 days after you receive your order
- To request a return, visit our Returns Portal.
- Select the items you wish to return and confirm your request to receive a prepaid shipping label. The label is also emailed to you
- Bring your return at a DHL point or schedule a pickup.
- When we receive your parcel, all the items returned will pass a mandatory quality control. Once you return is granted, we will refund your order. You will be refunded back to the same payment method used for your purchase
Please note that only one SKU is displayed on the DHL label even if you return multiple articles.
