Seal skins are an essential element for cross-country skiing and Nordic skiing. It designates the fabric glued to the sole of the ski so that it slides only in one direction, to facilitate the ascent of the slope. These seal skins are effective for clinging to the snow on the climb. They can be made of mohair, synthetic or hybrid with conventional gluing or silicone coating.
