As part of our Respect program, Rossignol has committed to reducing our waste by 40% by 2025.
To do this, we've taken a deep look at every avenue of production and decided to offer a second chance to the small number of blemished skis that come off our factory line, either with graphic defects, scratches or dents in the topsheets. Our goal is to divert as many skis as we can from the waste stream, especially when the skis are perfectly functional and only have minor imperfections.
Chez At Rossignol, we've decided to embrace those imperfections and offer those products a second chance. By choosing factory seconds at reduced price, with all the same foundational quality assurance as our other products, you're helping us avoid waste, and you're saving yourself money.
Our Second Choice project is just one step in a continuing direction towards respecting the environment and reducing our footprint.
SECOND CHOICE OFFERINGS
"Second choice" products are fully functional skis that suffered a minor defect during production, like blemished graphics, scratches or dents in the topsheet.
The only difference with these skis is cosmetic; everything else is perfectly functional. Cosmetic defects have no impact on the ski's materials or performance.
