    RETURNS:

    All returns within 30 working days are free of charge except for:

    • Russia - 1800 RUB restocking fee
    • Serbia - 2350 RSD restocking fee


    Follow these steps to return a product(s):

    • For all returns requests, please use our Returns Portal within 30 days of receipt of your order.
    • Follow the steps selecting the item(s) you would like to return once you have finalized your return request, you will be given a returns label that is also sent via email.
    • When we receive your parcel, all the items returned will pass a mandatory quality control. Once you return is granted, we will refund your order. You will be refunded back to the same payment method when ordered.

    Please note that only one SKU is displayed on the DHL label even if you return multiple articles.
