Even low-intensity shocks that leave no visible trace can alter the protection helmets provide and negatively affect resistance to future impacts. After taking into account the actual day-to-day usage of a ski helmet including, storage, transport, and usage, Rossignol has developed IMPACTS, a new technology that offers premium protection against multiple impacts without compromising on weight, style, or comfort.
Our lightweight IN MOLD construction features an external 1mm polycarbonate (PC) sheet with internal absorption foam (PSE) injected directly inside the shell, providing a more low-volume design and precise fit.
The R-fit system lets you adjust your helmet for more support, safety and comfort. Made up of two arms clipped into the helmet and an adjustable dial, the simplicity of the system means that you can adjust your helmet in any number of situations
ADJUSTABLE VENTILATION enables airflow to be increased or decreased through adjustable vents for increased comfort and temperature control.
EARPADS 2.0 are innovative earpads improving sound perception on the slopes. Thanks to an extra thin microperforated foam, that lets the sound through but not the cold, you could stay aware of your environnment for a safer ride.
The goggle clip on the back on the helmet is magnetic - very easy to use with gloves in the hand.
