Hold the stick straight down and press it against the floor; the upper part of your arm should stay close to your body. If your arm is at a right angle, the ski pole is the correct size.

Designed to adjust between 110-135cm, you can set the length to suit your climbing and descending needs. It's crafted with a durable, lightweight aluminum shaft and features our extended touring grip multi-grip options. Rotating powder baskets help you adjust to uneven terrain, while quick-release safety straps let the pole drop away in the event of a fall or avalanche.
