A prolific winter for the band of heroes!

ALPINE SKI:

Four individual globes, the ranking of brands in slalom, giant and ladies for Rossignol.

After winning the overall World Cup last year, Petra Vlhova (SVK) has had an equally fantastic season. Winner of the most beautiful metal in Beijing, the Slovak skier took control of the slalom World Cup and won a new small globe. She has fought until the end to try to win the big globe but for few points she finished the winter in second place with 13 podiums and 6 victories.

Federica Brignone Federica Brignone

Federica Brignone (ITA) continues to show her versatility to the world.

After two medals gleaned in China, she climbed again on the podium of the World Cup overall ranking in third place.

The Italian also won the small Super G globe with a comfortable lead. She counts at the end of the winter 5 podiums and 4 victories.

The fight was more difficult for Tessa Worley (FRA), but so beautiful at the same time.

The skier from Le Grand-Bornand ends the winter as the best giantist in the world.

4 podiums including 2 victories allowed her to seize this so deserved little globe!

Winner of the small slalom globe after a thunderous end to season, the Norwegian has also taken the 2nd place of the Giant World Cup and slipped into the third step of the overall ranking.

Impressive!

Added to these great results in the overall ranking, many athletes have stood out.

Zan Kranjec (SLO) distinguished himself in Sölden before showing all his talent on the Chinese slopes.

Thea-Louise Stjernesund (NOR), Kristin Lysdahl (NOR), Dominik Raschner (AUT) and Christian Hirschbuehl (AUT) achieved incredible results in Lech parallel event.

Subscribed to the third places, Michelle Gisin (SUI) climbed 5 times on this step of the podium.

We should also note the good season of Linus Strasser (GER) who ends with a prestigious victory in Kitzbühel and 2 other podiums. Loïc Meillard (SUI), also signs two podiums. Finally, Kira Weidle (GER) and Cameron Alexander (CAN) offer themselves a podium each, including a victory for Cameron.
