A Rossignol’s solidarity initiative for the association Riders for Refugees

For the 2nd year in a row, Rossignol is committed to the association Riders for Refugees and has organized a collection of warm clothes in its headquarters. Thanks to the solidarity of the employees, beanies, scarves, sweaters, winter jackets have been collected.

The association Riders for Refugees:

It all begins in 2015 when British journalist and photographer Danny Burrows took the initiative to help refugees by setting up a warm clothes collection. Since then, individual volunteers, professional skiers or famous athletes such as Marion Haerty, World Champion in snowboard and patron of the association are devoted to the cause.

Collecting process:

A simple process:

• The association requests individuals and outdoor companies help

• Collections are organized in October

• Warm clothes are delivered in a sorting center

• Clean and good clothes are distributed to those most in need thanks to the help of local associations

David Malacrida, coordinator of the association, went to the headquarters of Rossignol Group to pick up the collection made internally. Employees from Rossignol have once again shown solidarity in giving warm clothes.
