Built for passionate race fans, the Hero Elite ST TI is a slalom-inspired race ski designed for technical on-trail skiers looking for snappy quick turning SL style turns. Our race-proven Line Control Technology (LCT) complements a narrower 68mm waist width and short turn sidecut for optimized edge-to-edge quickness, precision and power. LCT eliminates counter-flexing to offer maximum stability and optimized trajectory through the turn for total line control.

V-TITANAL
The "V" shape of the new V-TITANAL layer brings a perfect ski balance in order to keep the right line in rugged conditions. The titanal laminate optimizes dampness and stability, in addition the groove all along the sheet ensures a stiffer longitudinal bending. Stamping generates a phenomenon of mechanical anisotropy.
OVERSIZED SIDECUT
Combining deep carving sidecuts with wider, modern waist widths, our OVERSIZE SIDECUT delivers powerful carving precision and edge grip with increased stability and control.
RECTANGULAR SIDEWALL
RECTANGULAR SIDEWALL constructions feature a horizontal layering of core materials (wood, fiberglass, metal, etc.) combined with full-length vertical sidewalls to deliver optimized edge grip, precision, balance, and power.
LCT TECHNOLOGY
An evolution of World Cup racing innovation, Rossignol's patented new LCT construction harnesses pure power and energy, delivering fluid stability in all conditions. Featuring a central "power rail" integrated from tip-to-tail, LCT eliminates counter-flexing of the ski to ensure consistently smooth stability and dynamic control of your line.

Rewarding ski when driven hard
At lower speeds or on soft snow the ski performs just like any other, it's too stiff for my 70kg weight to engage properly in the turns. But drive it hard on hard pack or icey slopes and it comes alive. I'd say it is more like a RS8 or lambo than a jaguar XK or Bentley Continental.
