To measure the correct size for ski poles, ideally you should wear your boots, or even your skis. If you already have a ski pole, simply flip the ski pole over and grasp it under the basket.
Hold the stick straight down and press it against the floor; the upper part of your arm should stay close to your body. If your arm is at a right angle, the ski pole is the correct size. |

Truly excellent
These are really excellent telescopic poles. They also have extra hand grips just below the main handles for climbing. To adjust the length is really simple. Just the look and feel of these poles makes you realise that these are a really quality product. Highly recommended.

I really love my new poles. The adjustment is so easy and solid. I never had poles like this.
