Our delivery times are considered in working days and exclude packing and assembly time (1-2 days), but may be longer if your order includes custom products (ski with mounted bindings).

FREE RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS

Returns are free of charge within 30 days of parcel reception, except for bikes. To return a bike you will be deducted of HUF 37200 directly on the original payment method used to place your order.

Customized products such as skis with mounted bindings (ski-kits) cannot be returned.

It is not possible to return the items purchased online to a Rossignol Store. We do not offer an exchange service.
