FREE RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS

Returns are free of charge within 30 days of parcel reception, except for bikes. To return a bike you will be deducted of 100 €.

Customized products such as skis with mounted bindings (ski-kits) cannot be returned.

Currently, it is not possible to return the items purchased online to a Rossignol Store. We do not offer an exchange service.

Your return may take until 5 business days to be handled by our warehouse. After that you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
