FREE RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS

Returns are free of charge within 30 days of parcel reception, except for bikes. To return a bike you will be deducted of C$ 100 directly on the original payment method used to place your order.

Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Currently, it is not possible to return the items purchased online to a Rossignol Store. At present, we do not offer an exchange service. Only a refund is allowed.

Once the package has been received, your return may take until 5 business days to be handled by our warehouse. After that you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
