The biomimetic Covershield concept uses a simple-but-ingenious technique to ensure the jacket's waterproofness: its fabric segments overlap in such a way as to cover and protect seams from the weather. Featuring a waterproof, breathable 5k/5k technical membrane, this jacket is also equipped with synthetic insulation for optimum warmth.

The Covershield Concept is an innovative quilting construction inspired by biomimetics (animal defensive shells) and architecture (stone roofs).
