The collection has a unique and modern design, ton-sur-ton prints and geometric color-blocks play with the heritage tones of white, red and blue, combined with pink, orange and grey, the latter deriving from urban decor. The emblematic asterisk of the magazine, stylised to evoke the shape of a snow flake, alternate to the tricolor graphic in which Rossignol and Wallpaper logos are deconstructed and reconstructed to define the identifying emblem of the collection.
The proposal includes a set of down jackets, parkas, sweaters and wool bonnets, studied in an original match with skis, padded gloves and technical googles.
The official launch of the collaboration took place on November 7th at the Webster in New York and on November 29th in Oslo at the flagship store Rossignol. The Rossignol + Wallpaper* collection Pavement to Peak is now available in the Rossignol stores in Paris, Lyon and Oslo, as well as in the alpine ski resorts of Chamonix, Megève, Crans Montana and St Moritz. It is also online on thewebster.us and Farfetch.com.
