Just a few days before the first Giant Slalom of the season in Sölden, Austria, Rossignol Group is delighted to announce that it has extended Henrik Kristoffersen’s contract until Beijing 2022. He will be equipped with Rossignol skis and boots and Look bindings.
«I’m really happy to once again extend my partnership with Rossignol! I have been skiing on the French brand now for over 15 years, and it feels like family! I am working great with my two ski technicians Yul and Marco and the rest of the racing team so I couldn’t be more happy at the moment. Can’t wait to be in Sölden!»
After Henrik Kristoffersen’s contract extension a few weeks ago for another 3 years, it’s one of the best Slalom specialist in the World who will complete the Rossignol Team for the next Olympic Games. Vice World Champion of the discipline in 2019, bronze medalist at the Pyeongchang Olympics in 2018, Michael Matt is also a specialist in Team Event (vice-world champion and Olympic vice-champion).
«After being the first Austrian racer in History winning a World Cup race, an Olympic bronze medal and a World Championship silver medal with ROSSIGNOL, I am very happy that my journey with Rossignol continues till the upcoming Olympic Games.»
After Henrik Kristoffersen and Michael Matt, another racer from the Band Of Heroes has extended his contract with Rossignol Group for the next 3 seasons. Thomas Dressen, specialist in speed disciplines, will be wearing Rossignol’s skis, Lange’s shoes and Look for bindings until Beijing Olympics in 2022.
«I‘m proud to announce to keep going with Rossignol for another 3 Years till 2022. It‘s been allready a long journey together, I can‘t even tell when it started, I think it‘s been more than 15 years, so it feels like family and I‘m just thankful to have such a great Partner by my side!!!»
