What an historical launch for the new Rossignol X-IUM range with a double winning for Lukas Hofer and Simon Schempp in the Sprint of Antholz-Anterselva! They ended in the same time (24:44.9) ahead of Arnd Peiffer and they signed both their first World Cup victory. Lukas Hofer, at home, had a single penalty whereas Simon Schempp shot clean.
"I never had skis like that before!", said the Italian Hofer after the race. "I am very satisfied with my race. It was an incredible day. Only first place was missing in my resume, so this is a good feeling; a perfect race", continued Schempp.
