Comments about Rossignol S7 OPEN:
I first Demoed these Skies in Whitewater this year 2012/13 under a variety of conditions from powder, moguls, chop and groomers and for me being over 50 I found them a great all mountain ski. My current skies are 15 year old 190 parabolic's. I demoed and recently bought 178 S7 for me and 168 S7W for my wife. I have been caught in deep powder with my old skies in the past and it was not fun so I wanted a ski that could easily handle powder and all terrain conditions effortlessly without punishing my knees. I don't race down the mountain but I do attack every slope aggressively and these skies turn effortlessly and for me were just what I was looking for.

Tried the Rossi XP98, fav on hard back, the Sal rocker 2 ,the BBR 10.0 and this. This was so easy, skiing Bushrat, CBC, steep, trees, bumps, all good. What impressed the most was that it still really holds an edge, high speed carving on the way home. Really impressed for such a wide ski under foot.
