RADICAL 9SL SLANTNOSE TI TPX

The new Radical 9SL Slant Nose Ti is a full-throttle, fall line slalom ski for technical and race league skiers. World Cup sandwich construction, Oversize technology and Power Turn Rocker combine for a powerful and agile short turn radius ripper. Power Turn Rocker delivers faster turn initiation for more aggressive lines, while Slant Nose asymmetrical tips improve swing weight to put the ski on edge even faster. The 9SL is a full-on uber-carve tool with a ton of energy and snap for precise, short turn arching.

Comments about Rossignol RADICAL 9SL SLANTNOSE:

A little more effort is required by the skier than an all mountain ski, but as with anything in life, you get out what you put in.
These skis are great anywhere but deep powder or heavy chunky spring snow, but who says you should just have one pair of skis.

Comments about Rossignol RADICAL 9SL SLANTNOSE:

As an former racer / coach, I am looking for a powerful all around ski. The 9S gives me the precise feeling without loosing power between turns.

    But, you must turn!
If you don't, they will turn for you!

Comments about Rossignol RADICAL 9SL SLANTNOSE:

The Rossignol 9Sl slantnose is a very competitive ski. You have to work tremendously hard to get everything out of this ski. When you do, you get a great experience.

You really have to be fit, to ski this ski. Guaranteed muscular aches in you upper legs after a day skiing. At slow speeds it's almost impossible to turn.

The ski got huge grip, enormous stability at high speeds and smashes true slushy snow very easily. The first time you ski this Rossignol, you get the feeling this ski wants to ski you, rather than the other way around.

Great buy for people in shape who want to get everything out of a ski. Not recommended for people who want an easy ski for afternoom skiing.

I give this ski a 5 star ranking because of it's character. But I can imagine other people would give it only a 2 star ranking because of that.

Comments about Rossignol RADICAL 9SL SLANTNOSE:

The Radical 9SL is the perfect ski for performance on the slopes. The rocker allows a precise initiation and the nice structure and cut can generate a lot of energy from curve to curve. I also use it on choppy terrain such as small bumps because of its precision. It's obviously not the best when it snows heaps, but other than that, it's definitely my favorite all day ski!. Have fun!
