BC 125

The new BC 125 is a lightweight, metal edge touring ski designed for off-trail exploring without the need for climbing skins. The new moderate tip rocker provides better float and easier turn initiation. The waxless Positrack base provides maximum grip and the best compromise between kick and glide in all snow conditions. Full-length metal edges, lower camber height and an effective sidecut allow strong, confident turns on the descent. Built with a sturdy Wood Air core, the BC 125 is a durable, dependable and lightweight touring partner for off-trail exploring.

    Comments about Rossignol BC 125:

There is a very good review posted in "The Kickturner" about these skis that would be helpful to anyone interested in them. I have found these skis to be supprisingly light and tough considering the price. I use them in the woods around my house where the snow has been sparse this winter and these skis are standing up better than I would have thought. Use a quick glide wax and you're off. The bases won't hold a hot wax, but they don't seem to gouge too easy either. My only wish is that these skis had a better scale pattern. They are not bad, but owning several other pairs of backcountry skis, I can see that there are better paterns out there. The advantage of these skis is that they float better and turn faster than the others that I own.

    Comments about Rossignol BC 125:

Actual dimensions are 124/90/114 not 125/95/120 which is PRINTED ON THE SKI.

Fun skis but was disappointed to see them delamming at the tails with less than 30 days on them.

Rossi replaced 'em with 2014 versions but they are the same dimensions as the old ones. Looks like the exact same ski with a little rocker and a new top sheet. This site also has them listed incorrectly but oddly enough they're saying they're smaller than they actually are?
