JIBSAW MAGTEK WIDE

JIBSAW MAGTEK // is a core freestyle board for committed park and pipe riders. AmpTek Freestyle combines traditional camber for explosive pop and stability, with slight tip and tail rocker, keeping the Jibsaw playfully loose with effortless press-ability. Rossi's exclusive Magne-Traction 7S features 50% smaller Mag bumps for smoother park performance and continuous edge hold. With Flatware tip and tail profiles, CBF² laminate, and a symmetrical freestyle flex, the Jibsaw is a true-twin designed for full-throttle park and pipe performance. See Enzo Nilo, Thomas Gérin or Hans Kestila get a grip on it.

Choose your size

Generally, a snowboard is chosen according to a rider's weight, ability and riding style. A shorter snowboard will be more manageable and easier to maneuver - great for beginners, lighterweight, or more freestyle-oriented riders. A longer snowboard will be faster and more stable - great for heavier, more advanced, or aggressive freeriders.

For more freestyle-oriented performance: size between your shoulder and chin.

For more freeride-oriented performance: size between your chin and nose or above.

Comments about Rossignol JIBSAW MAGTEK WIDE:

I think this board should be under the All Mountain section with a slant towards Freestyle. I took it out last night for the first time, planning on using it in the park but I was with some of my skiing buddies and I mostly rode the trails, and it handled like a champ! This board handled better than my true All Mountain board, it carved like a dream, transitioning from edge to edge was smooth as butter, and it actually was quite stable under high speeds which was a pleasant surprise. I was able to take it off a few jumps and it had some nice pop, didn't hit any rails (unless doing a frontside on a branch in the woods counts) but I'm sure it will handle them great. This is now my one and only board.

Comments about Rossignol JIBSAW MAGTEK WIDE:

I really like the board for riding all over the mountain. The down side is the edge started to separate. I tried to epoxy it but it did not hold. This is my second jibsaw. I think it should last longer then a season and a few months. granted we do ride a lot in c.o. I am now reluctant to buy this years board because they stopped making the 160 size. It is a shame rossignol doesn't think a guy 210 pounds hits the park. I hope the 158 will hold up to the stress of a bigger guy.I really hope that my board was pressed on a friday or a monday when people are trying to get out of work early or just don't want to be there on a monday and this is not standard quality.
