    Comments about Rossignol TEMPTATION 74:

I was looking for a new ski - had the women's Rossi Bandit years ago - but am 70 (female) now, getting back into skiing after 8 years and knee replacement 7 months ago. Decided to try out the new kids in town. Wow! Went from a 170 to a 156. I am a Level II ski instructor, but not a racer double black diamond deep powder bump type. Love the groomed slopes, easy black diamonds, some glades, 6 inches of powder. I also ski in the east so need some solid edge on hardpack. Tried the Temptation 78 - was sure it would be the right ski. Really liked it, but it pushed back a little. I guess I don't want to work that hard to get an edge anymore. Then the ski shop suggested I try the 74. I was a little insulted to tell the truth - figured it was a "novice" ski. Wow! I could just play with this ski, ski flat, carve, a few small bumps. Conditions were also a little icy - no problem. What a confidence booster - a soft and forgiving free ride. Fell in love. Have only ever skied Rossis - and always will. Good luck!
