Riders in this news : Didier DEFAGO
Before the downhill on Saturday, Didier Defago explains the particularity of the Saslong's slope.
“Hello everybody, we are in Val Gardena, a particularly slope. There are no big difficulties but it’s hard to be fast. On the top of the slope, there are two jumps and after a long glide part. After, you must dare in the two walls. It’s more technical before the “Camel Humps”. You must jump over three bumps in two times. Then, the slope moves a lot in the Ciaslat. Here you can make the difference and takes speed for the end.”
