Schladming has always been my favourite race. Nothing can compete with 60,000 screaming fans at night!

Sharp, aggressive, exciting.
Their main quality on snow?
I love how quick they pick up the turn and how fast they can make a short turn.
Do you have a particular memory of childhood on the skis?
When I look back at my childhood on skis, I remember skiing the whole mountain no matter what the conditions and always trying to find the hardest run to ski down.

Dedicated, trusting, and passionate.
Do you have a particular mania before a race?
I listen to music, then when it’s time to go, I click my poles twice and push out.
Does racing ski oblige you to have a special nutrition program?
I always watch what I eat. I train so hard in the gym and on the hill, I would be a fool not to work as hard as that on my nutrition. But of course there is always room for treats.
Your hobbies when you’re not skiing?
I do play golf when I can and enjoy other casual things that can allow me to relax when I’m not skiing. That can be hanging out with friends, surfing, biking or just going for a coffee. Actually I love making espresso. I’ve gotten pretty good at it, it’s all that time I’ve spent in Italy!
What are your favourite internet sites, those on which you go most of the time?
Of course Facebook, sports sites like www.tsn.ca, or www.espn.com, and like everyone else, www.youtube.com
