FREAKY BOYZZZ : Episode 2/ local news

Hi!

Here is the news from the FreakyBoyzzz in New Zealand.
After more than one week around Christchurch we finally received our skis to conqueer the NZ Alps.
We took the road to the Arthur's pass but there is definitely no snow around so we decided to go to Queenstown to have a look.
Unfortunately the hardware didn't support cold and NZ roads in a Campervan. The biggest part of our pictures were in it : damn it !
After a short film about Ze kiwi, we decided to track each snowflake we can find.

Freaky Boyzzz : Episode 1/ local news

Cette saison Rossignol est partenaire de la team des Freaky Boyzzz  et voici le tout premier épisode qui débute l'aventure de ces 3 jeunes et beaux riders partis à la conquêt de la Nouvelle Zélande !

"Bonjour à tous, 

Pour le petit descriptif de la première semaine passé au NZ, nous sommes bien arrivés mais nous avons eu quelques problèmes liés aux skis. A Genève nous avions 58 kg en plus c'est à dire beaucoup, l'agence de voyage nous avait dit que nous pouvions prendre des sacs en plus mais les kg en plus seront avec des frais supplémentaire. Résultat des courses, quand nous avons récupéré nos billets à l'aéroport de Genève ils ne voulaient pas nous envoyer nos skis pour plusieurs raisons. Nous avons du les envoyer par avion cargo et ils devaient arriver le jeudi 12 juillet. Finalement le lundi 16 juillet ils n'étaient qu’à Londres ! Ils doivent normalement arriver demain (vendredi 20 juillet). Nous avons profité de ce petit problème technique pour visiter Christchurch et la péninsule de Banks. On s'est vite rendu compte que les connections Internet étaient très mauvaises du aux nombreux séismes. On a réussi à mettre la vidéo en ligne mais les mails envoyés n’ont apparemment pas été reçus par tout le monde. 

Course à pied, baignade, repos et rencontre pour cette première semaine. Les paysages changent et la mentalité des gens aussi, c'est très plaisant!

Prochaine étape, les skis. On croise les doigts pour les récupérer demain."

BEN VALENTIN - NINE KNIGHTS

The most talented riders in the world met at Livigno in Italy for the Nine Knights, the Big Air event of this season's end. Ben Valentin was pleasantly surprised to receive an invitation. Therefore, it is with great joy and motivation that he went over to confront the best athletes in the discipline.

The event’s peculiarity is that it brings together both a photo contest and a Big Air competition on "The Castillo", the snow castle, shaped to perfection by the crew Scheestern.

This module "multifunctional" has delighted all participants including Ben who was very comfortable, even far from a pipe.

FYI, the castle consists of a central portion with a jump of 18 meters high and 27 meters long. On each side of the table, there are two hips and on the center of the structure under the arches are two quarterpipes of 6 meters with a possibility of gap. Finally, there are two rails included in the structure ... An awesome playground!

This Saturday, during the final, eight riders found themselves facing the "Castillo". Ben Valentin has finished with a 6th place with a Tail 1260 Dub, Dub Safety 1080. Here are his impressions of the event and his performance, a beautiful story directed by Mathias Lopez.
